Dinner guests

tigira and I hosted the estimable vervain13 and ravenstorm27 for dinner. As always, we loved hosting them.
The dinner started with a romaine salad, and for the entree I prepared a Pomegranate-Marinated Lamb with Spices and Couscous, accompanied by Wild Rice with Butternut Squash, Leeks, and Corn.tigira bought some foccacia bread to accompany all of it. ravenstorm27 brought some Bordeaux wine, and vervain13 put some creme brule in the oven for dessert. It was a lovely meal.
Better yet was the company. We chatted for a few hours over the wine and the meal, talking about topics from Craft to computer-generated male butts waggling for your pleasure. We had gone too long without talking to the two of them in any depth; we were happy for the chance to see them.
