Ranting about "Flyover" states

A few weeks ago, I went to a party where a woman eventually turned the conversation to "flyover states."

This journal has been inactive for at least the last seven months. For anyone who has continued to include me on your friends list, thank you. I realize that I'm not at all a prolific writer. I tend air my mind in private conversation with close friends, usually one on one. But, I had mentioned recently to a friend that I feel that I should have something more in this space.

Well, I'm not even going to attempt to promise any regular updates, but I do want you all to know that I still exist, and that our friendships still bring me joy. I may not talk to you as often as I would like, but I'm always happy to see you.

fairgoldberry always ends her posts with, "I love you all." It's a great sentiment. Love to you all!
