Naked people!

I don't get this. Last June, lindalee had a naked man run through her yard, pursued by the police. It's well narrated by the person living in the third story of her house.

Today, cudubh posted that his neighborhood, too, had received a visitor from a naked man.

Is this a new national fad? Or is it just something about my group of friends that attracts this behaviour?
